At Rhino Grills, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products
  • Custom or special-order items

Refunds

  • Issued after inspection of returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Restocking fees may apply (up to 15%)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damage and packaging
  • We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, order falls under return policy
